October's Very Own Online US accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items, innerwear, and collaboration releases are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your return request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt for tracking; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
